A mild calcination process applied to the copper-zinc-impregnated POSS material produces CuZn-POSS nanoparticles with uniformly dispersed Cu and ZnO. The average particle sizes of these nanoparticles supported on O-POSS and D-POSS are 7 nm and 15 nm respectively. A composite material, supported by D-POSS, reached a 38% yield of methanol, a 44% conversion of CO2, and an exceptional selectivity of up to 875% within 18 hours. This study investigated suitable areas for SPP establishment in Safranbolu District, applying the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) in conjunction with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method, FAHP, empowers decision-makers to express their preferences in adaptable and approximate manners. The technical analysis process's determined criteria were underpinned by the supporting principles of impact assessment systems. In the environmental analysis, national and international legal frameworks were scrutinized to pinpoint legal limitations. Hence, the process of pinpointing optimal areas for SPP has focused on the production of sustainable solutions, which are expected to have a minimal effect on the natural system's soundness. This study respected the scientific, technical, and legal constraints in its methodology. The Safranbolu District's suitability for SPP construction, as determined by the results, ranged from low to medium to high sensitivity.
