A large right frontotemporal intraparenchymal hemorrhage, accompanied by significant cerebral edema, was found in a 33-year-old woman, with multiple calvarial and bullet fragments also present within the right frontotemporal lobes. An urgent right hemicraniectomy was necessary to address the issue of compression, remove the fragments of the bullet, and to evacuate the blood.
