This study sought to develop and validate nomograms that accurately predict patient survival in the context of breast invasive micropapillary carcinoma (IMPC), which is essential for informed objective decision-making in patient care.
Nomograms were developed using Cox proportional hazards regression analysis to predict 3- and 5-year overall survival and breast cancer-specific survival, based on identified prognostic factors. Clinical biomarker Kaplan-Meier analysis, calibration curves, the area under the curve (AUC), and the C-index (concordance index) were utilized to gauge the effectiveness of the nomograms.
